Kara Sime
Kara Sime is a Human Resources Consultant and Coach with over 20 years of experience working at global organizations in a variety of industries and business models. This variety of experience has made Kara a technically sound HR professional and has given her strong strategic business skills to help leaders make HR work for the business.
Kara also provides strategic guidance and coaching to individuals progressing through career transitions and equips clients with long-lasting interview and communication skills. Having overseen and accomplished all levels of recruiting for a variety of organizations, she is in a unique position to guide job seekers and help them understand some of the behind-the-scenes activities that HR and management are going through. In addition, she can help individuals negotiate and understand job offers and benefits provided.
Kara earned her Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. She also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas in Speech Communication, with minors in business and political science.
