Julie Desmond

Her expertise in transition management grew out of more than 10 years in leadership and consultative roles within recruiting agencies and on corporate HR teams, and as a writer for an international resume writing organization. She has coached and hired employees at all levels and across a wide range of job families. Julie knows what employers are looking for today, and understands the challenges job seekers face.

She has the business expertise to identify and deliver the tools her clients need and, with a mix of best practices, humor, and real-life stories, shows people how to position themselves for their current job search, and for the next one, as well.
Julie received her BA in English and Writing from the University of Minnesota. She is a LinkedIn All Star, and is an active member of Career Transition Connections, a job search networking group based in St. Paul, MN. In addition to career coaching and recruiting, Julie is a hospice advocate, and serves on the Volunteer Advisory Board for Fairview Home Care and Hospice.
