Dee Mann
The common thread throughout Dee’s career has been her passion for helping people to strategically market themselves in a competitive job market. Her experience leading a start-up subsidiary company and in sales, marketing, and human resources, along with 20+ years’ career transition consulting for candidates of virtually every career field and level, has resulted in her broad base of expertise. Personally, she is known for her approachability, integrity, and authenticity. Dee’s background includes career management consulting for global outplacement companies, for local human resources consulting organization and for a private nonprofit. She spent an additional thirteen years with a vocational service agency where she provided career transition coaching, program management, and also led a for-profit subsidiary business. Her human resources background in recruiting and staffing, employee relations and performance management spans many industries. Certified in MBTI assessment, she holds a human resource generalist certificate and liberal arts Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Minnesota.
