Dave Broza
With more than 30 years of experience, comprising a diverse background in a variety of roles including coaching, educating, mentoring and developing individuals to achieve their highest potential, Dave has demonstrated a passion for enhancing the lives of others. His combined strengths in working with individuals throughout the life cycle of employment, specifically in the career development and training and development arenas have helped him to achieve significant success serving people in all capacities.
Dave’s unique blend of experiences in human resources and career development leadership roles enables him to skillfully deliver outstanding business results by carefully listening to others in order to set strategies in motion for the people and organizations that he serves.
Dave has volunteered for over 30 years with Avivo; a local non-profit dedicated to the recovery and career advancement of the people it serves.
Dave holds a BA in Psychology and a MA in Communication from Bethel University. He and his spouse live in the Twin Cities. Dave spends most of his time with family including grandchildren, volunteers at his church and has been involved with musical performance for over 40 years.
