Brian’s experience as a veteran search consultant, helps his clients in transition understand how to develop and clearly articulate their brand. Brian strives to earn and maintain the highest degree of trust and respect with his clients. This trust as a valued partner is developed through the successful and timely execution of search assignments and providing guidance to candidates in transition.
Prior to founding Hansen Back, Inc., Brian spent nine years as the President and founding partner of Ambrion, Inc. Ambrion, Inc. is an accounting and finance search and consulting firm headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. Brian led the firm to double digit sales growth for seven consecutive years and a number three ranking of contingency recruiting firms in Minneapolis, MN. Brian sold his interest in the firm in 2008.
Earlier in his career, Brian spent 3 years with Ajilon Finance where he was a top producer for the organization and was instrumental in building the Minneapolis offices’ executive placement division as both an executive recruiter and division manager. During his tenure at Ajilon Finance, Brian specialized in accounting and finance search and worked with companies of all sizes, including many Fortune 500 companies. His clients spanned many industries such as banking, finance, retail, manufacturing and health care.
Brian began his career with International Decision Systems, Inc. IDS is a leading international commercial finance software solutions provider serving Fortune 500 companies.
Brian earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse.
