Bill Horne
Bill has had an extensive and successful career in the field of Human Resources with leadership roles in manufacturing, public accounting and consulting, technology as well as consultative roles in consumer goods and financial services. His areas of interest and expertise are change management, career transition, employee and management coaching and talent management. Bill has a passion to help others identify their strengths and to guide them to look out of the box in furthering their professional and life decisions. Bill’s mantra is honesty, integrity, being direct and ethical. Anything less than this in unacceptable to him.
Bill holds a BS Degree in Business from the University of Minnesota. He and his wife Jan live in a condo in downtown St Paul. They have eight grandchildren through their blended family.
