Barbara provides insightful career and leadership strategies for C-level individuals and senior leaders in job transition. She has coached over 2500 executives into new positions. She is successful at helping equip senior leaders to package and showcase their leadership style through re-branding to stand apart from the competition, to think more strategically and act more tactically while conducting a successful job search, and to effectively articulate and communicate good leadership examples, elevating the conversation to a valuable business discussion during interviews.
Barbara has facilitated for ExecuNet, a national executive career resource for the past 15 years in the Minnesota market connecting over 4000 executives, exclusively C-Level executives and senior-level managers from diverse industries.
Barbara received her Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas, and is certified in coaching and training as a member of the John Maxwell Team. Barbara enjoys supporting the military and hiking in the mountains of Arizona in her free time.
